Adam started training at an early age in dank basements on Long Island. He abandoned a terrible career as a high school gymnast when he found his true calling playing Rugby for the University of Vermont. An old school snowboarder of over 25 years, he spent a number of years living the dream in Vermont, Colorado, and Utah. Come winter, he can still be found making regular forays into the backcountry. He attributes smart strength and conditioning, and proper mechanics (as well as a whole lot of good luck) as to why he has survived this long unscathed with knees intact! Adam was the founder and part owner of CrossFit Culver City before leaving to create DogTown in 2010. He works constantly to make sure DogTown CrossFit is providing the best possible training and community for it's members. Given the opportunity, he will talk your ear off about fitness and lifting (don't get him started if you have some place to be).
