Dogtown is excited to take the box to the next level by adding in a nutrition component that will take your fitness to the next level! We all know abs are built in the kitchen, well it is time we brought the kitchen to you!
We are launching our nutrition program with a 30-day nutrition awareness challenge where you will be guided through a step by step clean-eating program including a detailed meal plan, supplement prescription, recipes, grocery list, before and after pictures, and body composition testing through body-spec software.
You will have hands on assistance by our in house Registered Dietitian and Regional Crossfit Competitor Kristen Bell. She is passionate about helping fellow crossfitters reach their maximum potential through clean eating and intense training. She will be there to assist you with any questions and concerns you may have throughout the challenge. We will also be featuring fun activities throughout the month to help assist in your success.
We all know it is not realistic to prepare all of your meals and cook everyday, so don’t worry, Kristen will have plenty of convenient and quick meal ideas to help you stay on track, make food very tasty, and stay properly fueled.
