INTRO classes are offered Monday and Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm and Saturday mornings at 9:30am.
Intro Class is mandatory for anyone interested in being a part of the DogTown CrossFit program. This class is designed to give the first-timer a taste of what is to come on their path towards health and fitness. In a group setting the class will put you through the most basic body weight movements that you will later apply at the end of class in a short, high intensity workout. From here, the coach can learn about any pre-existing injuries you may have and you can learn how you may need to scale work outs to get the full experience of CrossFit as tailored to your needs.
After intro class, all New DogTown Members are required to complete On-Ramp prior to joining regular classes. On-Ramp is a series of three Private trainer sessions with a DogTown Coach where you will learn the necessary basics of CrossFit methodology and DogTown curriculum.
